I Need Your Opinion

I need your opinion on something.

Let me give you the background first.

At the beginning of 2024, I needed to make a change. I was in a horrible mental, physical, and emotional state. I’ll spare you the details.

I decided to focus on my personal development journey again and was able to slowly climb out of that hole that I had found myself in.

Along the way, I learned a few things about personal development. I started this newsletter to share what was working for me. (I hope you’ve gained something from it so far)

One of the main things I learned is that the journey can feel lonely, which is why I named the newsletter The Lonely Chapter. This is very taxing on our mental health because we are social creatures.

Contrary to the idea of “Monk Mode” if we want to fully develop ourselves on our personal development journey we need connection with other people.

When I started focusing on myself again, I didn’t know where to find others who thought similarly and were interested in personal development too.

This is where I need your opinion:

If there was a Lonely Chapter networking group where we share tips, stories, personal wins, and hop on a weekly Zoom call to deep dive into some of these topics would you be interested in joining?

We have not figured out all the details yet but I think building a community around growth would be cool.
