3 Hacks to Help You Lose 30lbs.

You don't have to put your food on a scale!

Does that work? Yes, it does. Anything you measure and track you can improve.

HOWEVER!

That takes way too long in my opinion, and is a bunch of extra effort you really don't need to go through.

Weight loss, in simple terms, comes down to eating less and exercising more over time.

Over the past few months, I have lost a little over 30lbs. Here are 3 hacks I used that made it way easier:

1) Go for a 10-minute walk after you eat a meal. Research shows that it helps with digestion. Let's forget the science for a second though, you probably aren't doing that yet and those steps will add up, quickly. Walking is a great form of exercise and getting a few extra steps in throughout the day will go a long way.

2) Get a meal prep service!! This makes life so much easier. There are a ton of companies out there now that will send you healthy meals. Completely takes out the guesswork and saves you time cooking and cleaning. I use a local place called Clean Eatz that I have to pick the meals up from but it is close to where I work. Other companies will ship the meals to your door. Be aware not all of these services are equal and not all of them are affordable. Find the one that is right for you.

(A lot of fitness people won't like this last one.)

3) You are allowed to snack! ONLY if you look at every snack through the lens of asking; how much protein can I can for as few calories as possible? My favorite answer to that question right now is the Quest BBQ chips (140 calories, 19 grams of protein).

Keep in mind, that you may not lose 30 lbs. too just by adding these three things. I was doing a host of other things too that helped but I thought these were worth sharing.

Disclaimer: I have never used Ozempic lol.
